Season: $ per person. Total amount payable 2 weeks before your camp begins.

Group Registration Deposit: $ per person + $25 per group. Payable online or by check, deposit required for Group Registration.

Welcome to the U.M. ARMY online Group Registration.

The form to the right has 5 Sections:

Please fill out each of the sections as completely as possible.

After filling out the form, you will be given the opportunity to review the information. If you would like to make any changes to the form, please do so at this time. After you submit the information, it can only be edited by the U.M. ARMY Church Coordinator, or by The U.M. ARMY Office Staff.

Your Church Coordinator will be contacted by email, confirming them as the U.M. ARMY Coordinator for your church.
If they are not a user of the UMARMY.net system, a new user account will be created, and a confirmation email sent.

U.M. ARMY MISSION WORK TRIPS REQUIRE THAT YOUR CHURCH SEND
2 ADULTS FOR EVERY 5 YOUTH

You may be asked to supply additional adults to fill leadership positions in small work trips

(young adult defined as having completed one year out of high school and under the age of 21)
